5 Of Our All-Time Favorite Summer Dresses

Posted by Claire Erickson on

Looking back at all the blog posts we have written about the perfect summer dress, we realized we had too many options to choose from! So, we have gone through our previous articles and have chosen our FIVE all-time favorite summer dresses. Have a look through them, and tell us what you think. Happy shopping!

1. Little Back Bow Dress

Arguably the best dress of the bunch for summer. We love the navy and white stripe combo-- very nautical! Plus, the bow in the back of the dress makes the outfit extremely playful and preppy. Overall, the pattern, design, and fabric make this lightweight dress a summer staple.

Pair with our favorite summer shoe-- the espadrille!

2. Sweet and Sophisticated Dress

Sweet is right! I love the fire-y red color of this dress. It reminds me of the very last colors of the sunset. I also love the pleating on the bodice and the rounded neckline. Aa very youthful design all around.

For this dress, I would have my nails painted white so my summer tan could POP!

COLORS: Orange, Red, Yellow

3. Shoulder Hug Dress

If you are looking to go to a more formal event, then this dress is perfect. The color looks like it should be named Key Lime Pie! How fun! Though the color is spunky, the off-the-shoulder neckline gives this dress an elevated sense of elegance.

Wear this with your hair freshly blown out and a natural face of makeup.

COLORS: Purple, Black, Green, Pink

4. Spicy Rainbow Dress

Rainbows are one of the essences of summer. Not only, because Pride month is in June, but also because the misty humidity in the air loves to give us a glimpse of the phenomenon every once in a while. What a better way to celebrate the rainbow than with this dress?

Have a collection of friendship or shell bracelets? Wear them with this dress to complete your boho-style ensemble.

5. Boho Flow Leopard Dress

I can see it now: walking along a beach somewhere wearing this dress while it billows in the ocean breeze. Romantic, no? Not only the fabric, but the pattern should also convince you to try out this dress, because zebra print is on the rise after the ever popular cheetah print returned.

Try this look with some two strap, criss-cross sandals and get ahead of the new trend!
