How To Find The Perfect Public Speaking Dress

Posted by Deja Smith on

As a professional in communications, I understand what it means to want to look your best in front an audience.

When trying to find the perfect dress for a public speech or important presentation at work, you want to make sure that your clothes introduce you before even speaking.

Keeping it simple, but adding a powerful style to your day will make every difference in successfully getting your point across. These dresses below will give you the confidence and enthusiasm you need to win the day!

1. Business Meeting Dress

This dress is great for public speaking because its bold and ambitious.

The v-neck is risky while the short sleeve look makes it both risky and professional. Its a solid color and simple which is all you need to feel optimistic. I would recommend adding a cardigan to give it a more executive look.

A pair of comfortable, solid color pumps will finish the look. While women already rule the world, so would this dress!

COLORS: Pink

SIZES: S - L

2. I Mean Business Dress

This dress speaks before you even walk into the room.

It's sexy, professional, and entrepreneurial all in one. You would easily impress your colleagues with this look. I would add a simple necklace and bracelet to keep it professional. Also, a pair of stilettos or pumps would do.

Walk confident and swing your ponytail in this dress. You are already competent, and look good on top of that! You got this.

COLORS: One Color

3. Leopard Bell Dress

Leopard print says that you know what you're doing.

This dress is the perfect length, stylish, and comfortable. I would wear nice gold jewelry with a pair of simple pumps. You obviously don't have to do much for this look. The sleeves are also a statement and should make your tasks for the day fun.

You are definitely asking for everyone's attention in this dress. It's the perfect dress to look good in front of a crowd.

4. Sexy Speaker Dress

When you go to speak in front of an audience you want to make sure you are relaxed.

This dress will add comfort and style to your speech.  I love the design of this dress as it has open sleeves, v-neck, and a great fit. It's very attractive, and can keep your speech alive.

You can be sure to persuade your audience in this dress. It adds eloquent characteristics to your day.

COLORS: Pink, Navy Blue

SIZES: S - 5XL

5. Cutout The Noise Dress

This is the perfect dress for a spring speech. Its professional and stretches to your preference of comfort.

The low sides gives it an energetic approach and open to socializing with others. You can dress it up with a nice light sweater and a fancy pump or wedge.

I know this dress is great for networking, public speaking, or important meeting type of days. You will be inspired to be the best version of yourself.

COLORS: Black, Burgundy, Green, Red

6. Sassy And Classy Dress

The day you decide to wear this sassy and classy dress, your life will change. Its versatile and ready for anything that comes your way.

Its vintage and fluffed out bottom speaks boss volumes. All you need for this look is a simple clutch. Your audience will think you have been public speaking for years in this dress. Its professional, and will capture the attention you're looking for.

I would add a pair of cute pumps and you're ready to go. Also, studded earrings will do as you don't want to go overboard. This dress speaks for itself. Prepare to get a standing ovation!

7. Vintage And Peplum Dress

This dress is also another one of my vintage faves. Its a business suit and dress all in one.

You can make this look rich with a pair of diamond earrings either studded or long. Also having your hair down would look great with this look. To finish it off, just add a pair of simple pumps.

You're sure to be flounce and fabulous in your speech with this look. It demands respect and speaks confidence.
