How do I know what size to purchase?
There is a size chart for every dress as sizes will vary, please make sure to review it before purchasing. If you don't have a soft tape measure at home, use a piece of string to measure yourself then place it on a ruler and add up your measurements.
What is your return policy?
All sale items are final. Do not send your dress back to the manufacturer. Email email@example.com with the exact issue so we can help you get it resolved.
What is your refund policy?
We offer in-store credit only. You have 20 days after your package arrives to claim a refund.
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
1. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
2. The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
3. The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.
4. The shipment went missing.
What is your exchange policy?
If you need a different size, you won't get charged for a new dress, but you will need to pay for shipping. Note that we can't do apparel exchanges outside of the US.
How long does it take to ship my purchase?
Anywhere from 15-30 days (depends on the country). We work with multiple manufacturers who operate differently. Some take 1 week to complete the order and another week to ship it out, others have product on hand and ship it out the next day. If you need a dress on a certain day I would order it at least 3-4 weeks ahead of time.
