When can I expect my order to ship?
The order will be placed within 24 hours from when it's purchased but may take 2-7 days to actually ship. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
No. As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away! Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an order once it's placed. If you have any questions about your order please contact us right away!
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.

Shipment processing time
Orders are processed anywhere from 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, but in general, it's free.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LadyBossBlogger Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
LadyBossBlogger Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact email@example.com.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
